Contact Amazing Animal Encounters
I try to answer emails within 5 working days (Mon-Fri inclusive) but I am mostly working with the animals or looking after them - there is no one dedicated to inquiries.
During daylight hours if not running sessions I will be busy with the animals - all duties on site from mucking out to answering the phone is conducted by myself personally - I do wish I had more time to sit at the computer and get through emails but I simply don't - I'm working as hard and as fast I can!
On the day of your session/for emergency help and advice about pets and wildlife please contact me on 07858 844921
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VOICEMAIL

BOOKING ENQUIRIES/ANIMAL ADVICE:
We politely ask customers to observe the hours which we are happy to receive calls - this is a family home with young children, two busy parents and lots of animals, all in need of some family time at the end of the day, but I cannot turn the phones off due to our volunteer animal rescue work
For booking enquiries/help and advice/animal rehoming/non urgent matters please call 01892 730883 between 8am - 5pm or send an email
PRIORITY CUSTOMERS: We are trying to cut down on the carbon footprint of Amazing Animal Encounters. To help us to stop turning away local work by already being booked up further afield, we ask customers within the Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells areas to pop 'LOCAL' in the subject line of your initial email enquiry to [email protected] Your booking* will be prioritised and your session will cost £20 less than those of customers from other areas.
